If you are like most brides, you want to have a plan or outline of your VISION of what YOU want for your wedding. This plan is for those brides who have done most of the planning and just want assistance with “tying up the loose ends.”
We can assist you and even attend to the following:
- Contact your vendors and send out confirmations. (Subject to time)
- Attend and prepare final outline for rehearsal dinner, and help with gifts.
- Supervise rehearsal to make sure you have properly rehearsed and feel comfortable with the progression of your ceremony. Also, provide help with ceremony verbiage.
- Attend and guide you through the wedding ceremony, so you and your family can enjoy this moment. Don’t just assume that everything will run smoothly; let the professionals handle it for you.
- REMEMBER THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RECEPTION
- We provide assistance in planning and running the reception, including the following:
Prelude, processional, recessional, arrival of newlyweds, bride & groom dance, father / daughter dance, son/ mother dance, wedding party dance, cake cutting, garter toss, last dance, bride & groom exit
- HOW ABOUT THE TIMING OF THE PHOTOGRAPHY?
- We enjoy the fun of recording those special moments through the photographer. We will assist them in getting groups together for pictures, recommending poses, and even using our valuable checklist to provide assurance that those extra details are cared for…on your behalf.
- We’ll attend your reception, creating a timeline of events for all your vendors.
- We’ll provide a “things to do” list and coordinate the delivery of vendors.
- Talk to any bride, she will tell you …“That whole day was a Blur!” - “I don’t remember a thing.” - “I didn’t even taste the food!” - “The entire thing seemed like 10 minutes!”
